Delivery

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight, value of the products, and your shipping address. International shipments, including those to Europe (excluding France) and French overseas departments, are sent via Colissimo and require a signature upon delivery. Each package is carefully packed (with protective paper, bubble wrap, cotton, box, etc.) to ensure it remains intact during transit. A tracking number will be automatically provided in the email containing your paid invoice.

For shipments marked “VD” (Declared Value), postmen are not authorized to deliver packages directly to you. A notice informing you that your VD package is available at the post office will be left for you. You must then go to your local post office with this notice and a identity piece to pick up your package. The package will be held for the period indicated (usually 15 days) on the pickup notice. After this period, the package will be automatically returned to us. In the event of a return due to an unclaimed package, the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping fees will need to be paid again for any reshipment. If the order qualified for free shipping, shipping fees will also be charged for the second shipment.
