Lapidary Service: Gem Cutting, Recutting & Custom-made

We offer a custom lapidary service for the cutting and recutting of your gems, with personalized service for every request. Our expertise guarantees impeccable results, tailored to your needs.

Specialty :

We specialize particularly in working with delicate gems such as cerussite, baryte, rhodochrosite, sphalerite, calcite… as well as in cutting large technical stones. These materials require specific expertise, which we have mastered to preserve their beauty and structure.

Regardless of the project type, we will support you at every stage and keep you informed of its progress. Regular photos, videos, and progress reports will be sent to you throughout the service.

Intake Procedure

To assess the feasibility of your project, we invite you to provide us with the following elements:

  • Description of your request (e.g., Cutting, recutting, custom creation…)
  • Details on the nature of the piece to be transformed: including any potential treatments and hybrids (oiling, resin filling, CVD, diffusion, doublet, triplet…) and any other specific characteristics.

Regarding treatments and hybrids, if you have any doubt or are unsure, we will provide an expert assessment free of charge, in our capacity as gemologist, and will provide you with our opinion.

  • Dimensions and weight of the piece to be transformed.
  • High-quality photos and videos of the piece to be transformed
  • Final objective: Desired shape and style, as well as any specific requirements.

Personalized Project Monitoring

Upon receipt of your request, we will respond as soon as possible to inform you of the next steps based on the nature of your project. This will include:

  • The potential organization of an in-depth physical assessment of the piece you wish to entrust to us
  • A detailed quote
  • The timelines and terms for completion and delivery

For special projects, an in-person meeting will be arranged to discuss your project and develop a detailed specification document.

Please do not send us pieces for service without having received our prior agreement by email. This ensures optimal handling and respects the specific characteristics of each project.
